Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to get an overview of the accounting of accounting operations, ie short and long-term financial assets, securities, bills of exchange, inventories of own production, long-term tangible and intangible assets, advances, wages and salaries, wages and salaries, and their accruals, subsidies, exchange rate differences, preparation of financial statements (prepaid work, financial statements), disclosure and audit. The procedure for accounting for the closing accounting operations of a joint stock company, a public company and a limited partnership will be clarified. Students will also receive information on accounting in the primary agricultural production business, individual entrepreneur and tax records. Successful graduates are able to account for the entity's current business operations as well as economic transactions related to the annual financial statements, understand the underlying statements.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, student:
1. accounts for the entity 's current economic operations as well as economic operations related to the annual financial statements, understands the basic statements,
2. provides information on the short- and long-term investments and accounting for his ability to charge on tangible and intangible assets, inventories of own production, backups, wages, settlement relations, equity and debt,
3. understands the issues of costs, revenues and accruals, understands the link with the Income Tax Act,
4. applies this issue to leasing,
5. understands the issues of the annual accounts and the accounts, they will have competences in accounting for agricultural primary production, individual entrepreneurs and tax records.

Assessment Methods and Assesment Rate
Test – mid-term 30 %
Test – final 70 %
Exam conditions
For successful completion of the course it is necessary to achieve a minimum of 70% in the interim and final assessment under the conditions set out below. 30 points can be obtained in the intermediate assessment, i.e. 30%. A total of 70 points, i.e. 70 %, may be obtained in the final assessment. The overall classification of the course, i.e. points for the final assessment (70 - 0) + points from the interim assessment (30 - 0): A 100 - 90, B 89.99 - 84, C 83.99 - 77, D 76.99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0. A full-time student is required to meet the mandatory 70% attendance in contact classes, i.e. everything except lectures. If attendance is not met, the student will automatically be graded "-".

Teacher's information
Attendance at classes in all forms is dealt with in a separate internal standard of the VŠTE (Record of Student Attendance at the VŠTE). For full-time students, 70% attendance is mandatory at contact classes, i.e. everything except lectures. Students are obliged to contact the Head of the Valuation Group (Ing. Tomáš Krulický, MBA, PhD.) immediately after the approval of their Individual Study Plan (ISP) via email (krulicky@mail.vstecb.cz), in case the student fails to do so, his/her ISP will not be taken into account. If they have any questions, they can contact the Head of the Valuation Group via email (krulicky@mail.vstecb.cz). Students are encouraged to attend both lectures and tutorials.
