13. ročník mezinárodní vědecké konference Defekty budov 2021 "Monitoring, diagnostika a digitalizace staveb" navazuje na sérii předcházejících ročníků konference zaměřujících se především na vady, poruchy a následné sanace a rekonstrukce konstrukcí a staveb. Letošní ročník bude specificky zaměřen na monitoring a diagnostiku materiálů, konstrukcí a staveb. Po roční odmlce se znovu objeví problematika digitalizace ve stavebnictví. Konference představuje možnost prezentovat nové pokroky a výsledky výzkumu v celém průřezovém spektru oboru stavebnictví v úzké návaznosti na digitalizaci, SMART a GREEN technologie (BIM, digitální dvojče, energetická a environmentální efektivnost, udržitelnost, …). Konference propojuje teoretické složky vědy a výzkumu s poznatky praxe. Hlavním cílem konference je prezentace výsledků vědeckých výzkumů a praktického řešení v oblasti stavebnictví a architektury s přihlédnutím k principům udržitelného rozvoje.

The 13th International Scientific Conference Building Defects 2021 "Monitoring, Diagnostics and Digitization of Buildings" follows up on a series of previous years of the conference focusing primarily on defects, failures and subsequent remediation and reconstruction of structures and buildings. This year will be specifically focused on monitoring and diagnostics of materials, structures and buildings. After a year of silence, the issue of digitization in the construction industry will reappear. The conference presents an opportunity to present new advances and research results across the cross-sectional field of construction in close connection with digitization, SMART and GREEN technologies (BIM, digital twin, energy and environmental efficiency, sustainability,…). The conference connects the theoretical components of science and research with the knowledge of practice. The main goal of the conference is to present the results of scientific research and practical solutions in the field of construction and architecture, taking into account the principles of sustainable development.
