The aim of the article is to analyze employee satisfaction in Hand-made Service Inc. and to interpret results using descriptive statistics. Participants in this study were 83% of all company employees. The results obtained show the gaps in job satisfaction, working conditions, staff motivation, factors affecting work satisfaction and present the possibilities of improving this field. ER -
