Abstract
The article deals with gender differences (in terms of gender identity and learning styles) during corporate training. These gender differences are correlated with different instructional strategies: by competitive, cooperative and individualistic.

Příspěvek zabývá problematikou mezipohlavních rozdílů (v oblasti gender identity a učebních stylů) vzhledem k období adolescence. Tyto mezipohlavní rozdíly jsou dány do souvislosti s různými vyučovacími strategiemi: kompetitivními, kooperativními a individualistickými.
