N2  - This paper is focused on the issues and aspects regarding the railway vehicle´s weight and its detection. Incorrectly indicated weight leads both to a reduction of the fee for using the railway infrastructure, but also the reduction of freightage (import fees). Damaging the transport infrastructure of the railway vehicles and safety threats of railway operations are other negative aspects.
