Abstract
The subject of the paper is a description and analysis of the determinative factors affecting the airtightness of energy-efficient buildings. The quality of airtight building envelope except for low energy consumption also minimizes the risk of damage to the structure associated with the spread of the heat and water vapor in the structure. The objective is to define and analyze relevant factors influencing the airtightness of buildings using analytical methods. It is necessary to pay attention to the determinative factors in whole process of building of airtightness. Carefully and thoroughly conducted analysis provides information and recommendations for improving the quality and limitations of errors.

Předmětem článku je popis a analýza determinačních faktorů, které významně ovlivňují vzduchotěsnost energeticky efektivních budov. Kvalitně provedená vzduchotěsná obálka budovy kromě nízké spotřeby energie také minimalizuje riziko poškození konstrukce způsobené šířením tepla a vodní páry. Cílem příspěvku je definovat a analyzovat relevantní faktory, které ovlivňují vzduchotěsnost budov s využitím analytických nástrojů. Je třeba věnovat zvýšenou pozornost determinovaným faktorům v celém procesu od návrhu až po závěrečnou kontrolu vzduchotěsné vrstvy obálky budovy.
