The first phase assesses the building and this impact on human and environment. It is judged both from the point of view of used materials plus technologies and psychical percept and contentment of the building.
The second phase evaluates functioning of the technologies and equipment installed into the building. The building Leeds to be seen (considered) as a complex and it always depends on a professional critic and his ability to evaluate the weakest links and used technologies considering the building run and it's dwellers activity. The knowledge of interaction of materials which are released from the material into the air and their influence on human and environment, and also the knowledge of the tactile matters which can be absorbent by direct contact with the material, are important.
