- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the course is to introduce students with the principles of designing and construction of transportation projects with a respect to their utilization for transport.
- Learning outcomes
- Student after completing the course perceives transport structures from the view of a technical traffic specialist, uses specialized terminology and knows the principles of designing of roads, railways, bridges, underground structures - tunnels and airports. Graduent of the course is partially able to design sub-sections of linear structures and is able to describe them schematically.

- For semestral rating student can receive a maximum of 30 points. Instructions for semestral activities will be determined at the beginning of the semester by the teacher.
A written examination may receive a maximum of 70 points. Total score represents the sum of points for the seminary work and written examination.
Grading Scale: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.

Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). For full-time students, attendance at the seminars is not monitored, as students work on a semester project related to the real transport construction of roads as part of the exercises - an individual independent activity in the form of consultations.
