- The student will learn to work with output data from controlling and other supporting activities, fully understands the meaning of data and can transform them into decision-making materials. The graduate of the course will understand the financial expression of relationships in the company and in relation to the environment. Understands its property, capital and personnel structure of the company.

- Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
1. understands the role of the financial manager in the company,
2. optimizes the cash flow, flow of inventories and receivables of the company,
3. evaluate investment alternatives in terms of their financial impact,
4. understands strategic and tactical financial decision-making,

- The student is obliged to consult his / her work during the semester with his / her teacher (combined form student) and with his / her seminar teacher (full-time student) and continuously prove the processing of individual passages during the semester (according to the teacher's instructions by e-mail or by inserting ):
Introduction (including goal and research questions): 2nd week of the semester
Literary research in the first phase: 4th week of the semester
Literary research in II. phase: 5th week of the semester
Methodology: 7th week of the semester
Results: Week 9 of the semester
Discussion of results: week 11 of the semester
Conclusion: Week 12 of the semester
Final text: 13th week of the semester
The student always completes the work according to the instructions of his teacher and only then begins to process the next part of the work.
If the sum of points obtained from the continuous assessment and seminar work is less than 70, the student has the right to correct during the examination period (within the deadlines set by the teacher).
Attendance at classes in all forms is governed by a separate internal standard of VŠTE (Records of student attendance at VŠTE). For full-time students, 70% attendance at seminars is mandatory.
