- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- Students will learn the basic problems of FEM analysis Autodesk Inventor. The student gains the benefit calculation modules for calculation and control, but also for the optimization of structural elements.
- Learning outcomes
- Passing the subject means that the student is able to:
- of calculation of shaft andgears using a Generator of components
- to provide a modal analysis of a specific structure
- to provide a simulation and calculations of structural loads using the stress analysis
- to provide a dynamic simulation of specific joints - Syllabus
- 1. Shaft calculation using the Shaft Component Generator - shaft creation, load input, calculation, graphs, processing of results 2. Calculation of gears using the Component Generator - spur, worm and bevel gears - design, calculation, insertion of components 3. Calculation of gears using the Component Generator - correction, modification of engagement properties, interpretation of results, graphs 4. Bearings - entering loading conditions, calculation, insertion 5. Calculation with the help of a generator - V-belts - design and calculations 6. Modules for calculation - Pens, Cams 7. Screw connection - entering parameters for calculation, calculation of material fatigue 8. Analysis of frame structures - design, calculation, basic recommendations 9. Modal analysis - resonant states of the structure, shapes of oscillations of the structure 10. Strength analysis - simulation and calculation of structural loads, choice of material, network, location of loads and connections 11. Strength analysis - interpretation and processing of results, animation, probes 12. Dynamic simulation - settings, assignments, dynamic movement, connections 13. Dynamic simulation - interpretation and processing of results, graph window, publishing, simulation playback
