Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The course aims to provide students with knowledge about emergency situations of enterprises and ways of financing the company in such situations. Graduate of the course knows what the course of business life cycle is. He knows the specifics of individual stages in the life cycle of an enterprise and is able to finance the venture at all stages of its life development - at the time of its foundation, growth, maturity and collapse.

  • Financing business growth. Enterprise crisis – Greiner´s development model of a company.

  • Financing of the company at the time of the insolvency of the company.
