- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the tools of crisis management in the organization and to highlight examples of their application in practice both at the strategic and operational management level of the organization. By completing the module, students will acquire basic knowledge and skills from the area of crisis management. Students will be able to understand the basic principles of crisis management, to implement basic measures to stabilize the organization to subsequent start of the dynamic development of the organization and the future optimization management system.
