Students of the course will know the relationships among different participants in construction. S/he will be able to address legal and other implications arising from conflict situations at a site.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction to supplier-cumstomer relationship during the construction 2. The timetable of the construction 3. Takeover and organization of the site 4. Construction site 5. Control of the work carried out by an investor 6. Construction diary 7. Safety and health protection at construction site 8. Changes in project documentation 9. Checking of contractual arrangements, penalties 10.Control of the agreed cost and billing of the construction 11. Changing of the structure before completion 12. Acceptance of construction, defects and outstanding guarantees 13. Building acceptation
