Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Introduce to development, basic aspects and factors of business ethics. Carry out the comparing of the contemporary access in the field with the transformation period. A factual data analysis of the ethics behaviour of companies and their managers. An ethics behaviour of managers as a social prestige stimulus, but also the economics stability and the entrepreneurial subject prosperity .
Syllabus
1. Introduction to subject methodology and basic concepts 2. History and present of business ethics 3. Ethics manager behaviour standards and manager behaviour translations 4. Social, ethics behaviour bases, professional and business ethics relation 5. Ethics decision making frames 6. Ethics in the personal and financial area 7. Ethics in trade negotiations 8. Social responsibility of managers 9. Stakeholders x shareholders theory 10. Ethics codes and ethics training 11. Ethics behaviour in the different business branches 12. Ethics challenges to present, professional corporations and ethics associations - ethics principle enforcement 13. Good ethics - good business (a discussion with collegues from other departments and professionals)
