Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The acquiring knowledge about facilities for use of sociological and psychological pieces of knowledge in the company management, business culture and running is the purpose of education.. Learners make their acquaintance with social processes, institutions, social group dynamics, interaction within these groups, work psychology. Learners further acquaint with the methods and techniques of a research in the frame of sociology and sociometry. The subject is drawn in order to use a gained piece of knowledge in manager, economic and commercial professions.
Syllabus
Psychology 1. Principles of common psychology, psychological schools (behaviourism, humane psychology ….) 2. Individual psychology, structure of personality, personality and motivation 3. Self-knowledge, self - esteem, assertive behaviour 4. Personality in social relations, socialization, learning process. Personality of manager, employee 5. Exacting life situation, conflicts in the workplace, interpersonal relations in working groups 6. Work psychology, motivational agents of a labor efficiency 7. Efficient evaluation and motivation of employees, guide styles of Sociology 1. Major trends in the sociology development 2. Social stratification, social status, social role, ritualized behaviour 3. Institutions and organizations, social settlements, conception state, policy, authority application 4. Social Standards, social deviation, social verification, its forms 5. Social and profession mobility, culture and social development, multiculturalism 6. Sociology of economic thinking 7. Scientific and sociologic research, phase, research project,techniques sociologic research. A study of applied consequential subjects qualifications.
