- The course deals with the definition of enterprise risks and their elimination. It also evaluates the emergence of enterprise crises with respect to its life cycle, the development of the national economy and, consequently, environmental and social aspects with emphasis on ecological factors.
- Learning outcomes
- After successfully completing the course, the student:
1.1 knows the essence of crisis management,
1.2 understands the historical development of crisis management,
1.3 can define a crisis situation in a company,
1.4 can analyze internal and external crisis factors,
1.5 understands the function of crisis management in a company,
1.6 analyzes crisis risks in a company,
1.7 understands the issues of disaster management,
1.8 knows the ethical principles of conduct and behavior in crisis situations,
1.9 will master the general principles of crisis communication,
1.10 can apply analytical methods to identify crisis situations,
1.11 knows the principles of crisis planning,
1.12 can develop a crisis scenario for a company,
1.13 can conduct a risk analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods,
1.14 can prepare a set of measures to eliminate risks in a company,

- Test – mid-term 30 %
Test – final 70 % - Exam conditions
- In order to successfully complete the subject, it is necessary to achieve a total of at least 70% in the interim and final assessment under the conditions set out below. 30 points, i.e. 30%, can be obtained in the continuous assessment. A total of 70 points, i.e. 70%, can be obtained in the final assessment. Overall classification of the subject, i.e. points for final assessment (70 - 0) + points from ~interim assessment (30 - 0): A 100 – 90, B 89.99 – 84, C 83.99 – 77, D 76.99 – 73, E 72.99 – 70, FX 69.99 – 30, F 29.99 – 0. A full-time student is obliged to meet the mandatory 70% attendance at contact classes, i.e. everything except lectures. If attendance is not met, the student will automatically be graded "-".

- Information for students with an ISP (individual study plan): If a student with ISP will not be able to participate in the continuous evaluation of the subject, he will complete the continuous evaluation on a date agreed with the teacher. A student with an individual study plan is obliged to contact the teacher immediately after ISP approval. If the student does not do so, their ISP will not be taken into account. In case of any questions, students with ISP can contact the subject teacher via e-mail chytilova@vste.cz, chamrada@vste.cz or gallo@vste.cz.
