Course objectives supported by learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide students with theoretical knowledge in the field of management and to acquaint them with new trends in the field. In addition to looking at approaches to developmental theories of management, attention will be focused on managerial activities - planning, organizing, decision-making, leadership, control. Students will also gain knowledge in the field of human resource management, time management and ethical approach in management.

Learning outcomes

-knows the principles of organizational and management structures of the enterprise,
understands the definition of basic managerial functions,
knows the methods of work motivation and stimulation,
understands the communication system of the enterprise,
learn the principles of corporate control,
understand the management paradigm process in the context of the corporate environment.

Exam conditions

The essay will be prepared according to the teacher's assignment. The test will be implemented in written form. The overall evaluation is the sum of points for the essay and the final test.
