- The aim of the one-day course is the basic preparation for the performance of the expert's expertise on the performance of their activities in the sense of Act No. 36/1967 Coll. and Implementing Decree No. 37/1967 Coll. as amended.

- Po splnění všech náležitostí kurzu „Znaleckého minima“ je výstupem pro uchazeče osvědčení o absolvování tohoto kurzu, které následně uchazeč dokládá krajským soudům k žádosti o jmenování znalcem.
