Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the tools of crisis management in the organization and to highlight examples of their application in practice both at the strategic and operational management level of the organization. By completing the module, students will acquire basic knowledge and skills from the area of ​​crisis management. Students will be able to understand the basic principles of crisis management, to implement basic measures to stabilize the organization to subsequent start of the dynamic development of the organization and the future optimization management system.
Learning outcomes
After the completion of the course, the student: - knows the theory of crisis management - is able to distinguish types of crisis and causes of the crisis in business - is able to analyse the crisis - controls crisis communication - is able to implement basic measures to stabilize the organization - understands the anti-crisis prevention activities of crisis management - knows the possible solution of the acute and chronic crisis.

Crisis communication 5. Anti-crisis prevention activities of crisis management 6. Risk management 7. The risk management process and ways of eliminating risks 8. Crisis Planning 9. Crisis management, procedural nature of the crisis 10. Possible solution of acute crisis 11. Ways of dealing with a chronic crisis 12. Crisis management in the Czech Republic, EU, NATO and the UN 13. Transport and crisis management
