Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to present relationships among participants of a project, especially during implementation of a construction. After successful completion of the course the student can resolve legislative and other impacts arising from conflict situations on site. Students will be able to keep a building log.
Syllabus
  • 1. The supplier-cumstomer relationship during the construction - contract 2. The contract - developer (builder) 3. The contract - construction company 4. Takeover and organization of the site, construction site 5. Control of the work carried out by an investor 6. Construction diary 7. Safety and health protection at construction site 8. Changes in project documentation 9. Checking of contractual arrangements, penalties 10.Control of the agreed cost and billing of the construction 11. Changing of the structure before completion 12. Acceptance of construction, defects and outstanding guarantees 13. Building acceptation

Till the beginning of the exam period the student must submit a paper - a completed building diary. For successful completion of the exam the student must prove min.75% of required knowledge
