Prerequisites
It is necesssary to possess the Czech language at least on the level B1 after The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The Czech language exam for foreigners inquires the Czech language knowledge level by incoming students. The level B1 after The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is supposed. The exam consists of oral and written part. The oral exam checks, how the student understands the main ideas about the items of the daily life /job, studies/ conveyed by native speaker. He can speak about his personal life and his professional career, he answers correctly and he comes rational in conversation. The written exam documents the interpretative skills, the student can write simple connected texts about items he is interested in. He can create a personal letter with description of different events and experience. He gives reasons for his opinions and plans, he can write a story and describe his impressions.
