- - understand the differences between management and leadership - be able to distinguish different leadership styles (e.g., situational, transformational, etc.) - become familiar with leadership “icons”, competencies, and personal traits - understand leadership theories through practical examples and case studies - learn what is effective/ineffective in leadership - be able to predict the challenges future leaders will face in the digital age - inspire and lead people towards a meaningful vision
