Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with theoretical knowledge in the field of management and to acquaint them with new trends in the field. In addition to looking at approaches to developmental theories of management, attention will be focused on managerial activities - planning, organizing, decision-making, leadership, control. Students will also gain knowledge in the field of human resource management, time management and ethical approach in management.

understands the communication system of the enterprise,

Exam conditions
The essay will be prepared according to the teacher's assignment. The test will be implemented in written form. The overall evaluation is the sum of points for the essay and the final test. To pass the course, you must achieve a minimum of 70% overall grade. The overall classification of the course, i.e. the sum of points for the interim (30 - 0) and final assessment (70 - 0): A 100 - 90, B 89.99 - 84, C 83.99 - 77, D 76.99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0.

Participation in all forms of teaching is dealt with in a separate internal standard of the VŠTE (Evidence of student attendance at the ITB). Information for students with an ISP (Individual Study Plan). If a student with an ISP is unable to attend the interim assessment of a course, he/she will complete the interim assessment at a time agreed with the teacher. A student with an Individual Study Plan is required to contact the instructor immediately upon approval of the ISP. If the student fails to do so, his/her ISP will not be considered.
