Teacher's information
Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of the Institute (Attendance record of students at VŠTE). Full-time students are required to participate in at least 70 % of the seminars. They are also required to actively participate in the seminars and fulfill tasks assigned by their teachers.

Students with an individual study plan (ISP) must notify the teacher of this fact no later than the second week of the semester. Students with ISPs must complete a semester exam and the final test. The semester exam will take place on a date agreed with the teacher. The date must be agreed with the teacher no later than two weeks before the end of the teaching period. In case of any questions, please contact the course guarantor. If a student does not hold a certificate of the required level but their knowledge corresponds to the required exit level, they may request that the instructor administer a placement test. If the test is completed with a score of 80% or higher, the student’s attendance will not be monitored in the given semester. However, the student is still required, in agreement with the instructor, to complete ongoing assessments and the final assessment at the usual times (according to the instructor’s instructions).
