- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- Completing the course,students gain basic knowledge about economy, the nature of business,the typology of business and legal forms of business. After completing the subject the student: - is able to characterize the material and capital structure of the company and factors that affect them - is able to explain the terms income,expenses,profit,added value - is able to define and analyze the turning point - is able to characterize sales and production stock activities in a company
- Learning outcomes
- A graduate of a subject understands enterprise characteristics and he knows how to define business, identifies business typology, understands business surroundings, understands the life cycle of an enterprise, optimizes the flow of supllies in the enterprise, understands the production function of the enterprise, understands the sales function of the enterprise, evaluates the marketing and logistics of the enterprise, management of human resources into the enterprise's finances, understands the ownership structure of the enterprise and optimizes the capital structure, predicts the future development of the enterprise's costs and understands the essence of the economic result of the enterprise, understands and can compile cost and price calculations, manages the employees in the enterprise.

- Mid-term and final test have theoretical and practical part, theoretical questions are evaluated with 4 points, examples with 7 points. Mid-term test is evaluated with 30 points, final test with 70 points. Celková klasifikace předmětu, tj. body za test (70 - 0) + body z~průběžného hodnocení (30 - 0): A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.
