- Students will learn the basic problems of FEM analysis Autodesk Inventor. The student gains the benefit calculation modules for calculation and control, but also for the optimization of structural elements.
- Syllabus
- Topics: 1. Calculation of shaft using a generator shaft components - creation of shafts, input load calculation, graphs, results processing 2. Calculation of gears for using a generator components - front, worm and bevel gears - design, calculation, component insertion 3 . Calculation gears for using a generator components - correction, modification gripping properties, the interpretation of the results, graphs 4. Bearings - enter burdensome conditions, calculation, paste 5. Calculation with the help of a generator - Belts - design calculations 6. Modules to calculate - Pera , cams 7. Screw connection - setting parameters for calculating, calculating fatigue 8. Frame Analysis - design, calculation, basic recommendations 9. Modal Analysis - resonant states structure, mode shapes structures 10. Strength analysis - simulation and calculation of structural loads, The choice of material, network, location, loads and constraints 11. Stress Analysis - interpretation and results processing, animation, probes 12. Dynamic simulation - setting assignment, dynamic movement joints 13. Dynamic simulation - interpretation and processing of the results, window graphics, publishing, Play simulation
