Current registration and enrolment status: enrolled: 0/80, only registered: 0/80 - Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- Subject digestedly acquaints with problems of construction, proposal and solidity verification of connections mechanical components. Graduate will be able these communications in practice separately arithmetically solve and design their option of catalogue or to construct in terms of disposition production, with the aid of technical norms and catalogues specialized producers.
- Syllabus
- 1. Introduction to problems of connections in machine – conditions of functionality (volubility), technical solving principles (formative / tonic / material flow), common base of solidity proposal and verification (inner effects, contact carrying - capacity, time flow influence of load, serration effects of wiring on bearing construction)
- 2. Spiral and thread wiring – constructional ordering, proposal and verification, assembly conditions
- 3. Highly initial tension screwed joint – proposal and verification, problems credibility gap during dynamic loading
- 4.Pinned, riveted joint and pivotal wiring – constructional form, proposal and verification
- 5. Formative wiring of shafting with bullet – by the help of nibs, laps and castellation (constructional form, proposal and verification)
- 6. Strength wiring of shafting with bullet – forced on and clam bunk (constructional ordering, proposal and verification)
- 7. Elastic wiring – purpose, sorts and structural design springs, reservation carrying - capacity and required deformation characteristics
- 8. Material wiring – weld metal, soldered, bonded (operational and technological characteristics, basic fort solving)
- 9. Components susceptible movement – introduction to problems cyclic loading, durability components and tribologie
- 10. Shafting – common constructive and technological solving with reference to functionality and durability, dimensioning and verification on fatigue, problems stiffness (critical speed); spindle packing
- 11. Sliding bearing – possibilities of material solving, characteristics and pertinence of using, basic functional and strenght calculation, proposal from catalogue of specialty producer
- 12. Rolling bearing – basic sorts accordance with constructional solving, characteristics and using pertinence, basic functional calculation, proposal from catalogue of specialized producer
