Znalosti které jsou náplní předmětu POS 3. Student si do výuky zajistí objekt, nebo objekty na kterých bude provádět rekonstrukci ploché a šikmé střechy.

Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to gain knowledge in the elimination pitched and flat roofs defects. The student will be able to define, describe and assess the implementation of the principles of reconstruction and roof structures, s/he will be able to design the reconstruction of a roof corresponding to the investor's requirements and relevant legislation.

  • 1. Characteristic signs of aging and loss of function of flat roofs of different materials, bases, defects and disorders, causes 2. A survey of defective structures 3. The principles of reconstruction of flat roofs 4.Thermal insulation and waterproofing problems of reconstruction 5. Static problems of reconstruction 6. Reconstruction project of a flat roof and superstructure 7. Implementation, control and acceptance 8. Characteristic signs of aging and loss of function of different materials, sloped roofs and structural bases, defects and disorders, causes 9.A survey of defective structures 10.Principles of reconstruction of a pitched roofs 11.Thermal insulation and waterproofing problems of reconstruction 12. Exam conditions
Condition of register to the test: submitting projects before deadline and required attendance (possible 3 absences without an excuse). Each project must be min. 4x consulted before the submission deadline. The course ends with an examination. The test consists of written and also from the oral examination. The oral examination is possible only when written exam is done. In the written student must achieve 66% points. The written part consists of a total of six questions, 2 written and four graphic. Grading: A (100-94%), B (93-87%), C (86-80%), D (79-73%), E (72-66%), X (65-30%) , F (29-0%).
