The aim is to reinforce the professional practice and application of knowledge in vocational subjects and practical learning habits and skills needed to perform the chosen profession.
Learning outcomes
Student: - analyzes the specifics of selected specific economies, analyzes the external and internal environment of the company using appropriate analytical tools, and approaches, - applies project management in specific conditions of the company with specification especially on production processes, - learn the goals, principles, specifics and trends of production process management, - can appropriately apply methods in designing automation of production processes, - applies product innovations and production process innovations - applies an appropriate pay-out policy, - can manage the value of the company, where the top indicator is FCFF, FCFE, EVA Equity, EVA Entities and corporate finance risks, - applies the company's business model using the Canvas business model, - learn the principles and principles of a comprehensive human resources management process, - applies advanced scientific methods in business practice - in the collection, processing and interpretation of data.

Information on the extent and intensity of the course: 6,5 týdnů.
Teacher's information
At the end of the internship (as soon as the internship account acquires the target values) the student prepares outputs corresponding to the requirements of the guarantee workplace. It is about: - work diary certified by the tutor with the company's stamp and the student's signature, - a completed report of the completed experience together with the company's stamp and the supervisor's signature, - evaluation of the internship by the student, essay and final report production, and - presentation of the results of the practice at the guarantee workplace according to the requirements set out in the course annotation. -------------- The internship is evaluated on the basis of a form (protocol), including the job description, work diary and on the basis of the above of the submitted submitted materials. The student must fulfill all the required learning outcomes required within the framework completion of semester practice. In the event that the student will not be able to fulfill all the set outputs during the internship from learning, guarantee workplace, resp. department, which carries the specialization in cooperation with the guarantor of the subject Practice, ensure training through e-learning and subsequent testing so that the required outputs are met in in accordance with the study plan. The school receives feedback from a practice tutor who assesses practical skills student with suggestions for recommendations.
