- Students, after successful completion of this course, have a basic overview and knowledge in the field of layout solution of non-residential building. Student will be a able to evaluate correctness of layout solution and will master the basic knowledge for designing non-residential buildings.

- Successful completion of the course is conditional on the personal acceptance of the seminar paper topics, elaboration and submission of both parts of the seminar paper (research and proposal), continuous consultation, incorporation of the teacher's comments and writing the final test. The teacher specifies more detailed specification of the conditions of submission, the content of the work, including its form and terms in the first lesson. For successful completion the student must obtain at least 70 points in total. A. Write the final test at least 55% of 50 points, ie. to 27.5 points. B. Further 50 points can be obtained from the seminar paper and active consultations on a selected topic given at the beginning of the semester (10 consultations + 40 sum for seminar papers). C. If the student is interested, oral examination can be done, where it is possible to obtain a maximum of 5 points for the written test. The maximum score of all parts is 100. For successful completion of the course it is necessary to achieve a total of at least 70 points consisting of the sum of points from parts A, B and ev. C, ie 70%. Overall classification: A 100-90, B 89.99-84, C 83.99-77, D 76.99-73, E 72.99-70, FX 69.99-30, F 29.99-0..

Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
