- Building physics I
- Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim is to present technical parameters of acoustic structures in order to optimize acoustics in buildings; After successful completion of the course the student is able to summarize the basic requirements of acoustic standards. The second part of the course is dedicated to the building acoustics, noise, room acoustics and vibration.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of the course the student can apply basic requirements for daylight, sunlight and acoustics. It can calculate the daylight illuminance factor and the sound pressure level, can determine the illumination of the building and assess the sound and airborne sound insulation
