Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquiant students with basic terms and sources of the commercial (corporate) law and emerged position and legal behaviour of an entrepreneur. There is also taken account not only of corporate law but also of common business obligations emerged from business contracts, competition law, procedural law of settlement of legal disputes, rules for on line entrepreneurship and liability in business.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course student:
- understand the concept, system and role of law and corporate law in practice
-is able to make independent and responsible decisions about business and non-business practice
- analyze individual legal issues in their context,
-to solve the problem includes consideration of the overall functioning of the legal system and ethical dimensions,
- intelligently and convincingly informs experts and lay people about the nature of the legal case being dealt with and their own opinion on it, using professional legal knowledge to expand their other skills in both business and non-business practice.

Exam conditions
To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to achieve at least 70% of the final evaluation under the conditions set out below. In the final test, a total of 100 points can be obtained, ie 100%. Overall classification of the course, ie points for the final evaluation (100 - 0): A 100 - 90, B 89.99 - 84, C 83.99 - 77, D 76.99 - 73, E 72.99 - 70, FX 69.99 - 30, F 29.99 - 0.

Lectures will be pre-recorded and saved in the VSTE IS where it will be available, students will be able to play them anytime.

Participation in classes in all forms is governed by a separate internal standard of VŠTE (Records of student attendance at VŠTE). For full-time students, 70% attendance is required for contact classes, ie everything except lectures.
