The certified insulated systems differ according to their particular producers in the following aspects: the prices of the applied materials; the consumption of the glues and the plastering per sq meter; the chemical base. Every single system and its variations have the stated durability and the mechanical and physical properties. The designer always chooses a certified system. The implementing company and the investor often change designed materials for cheaper ones and influence the assembly and indirect costs. The result of this is the loss of the certification and the guarantee, the decrease in durability and the increase in price of the repairs and, consequently, the reduction in economic effect.
