Výběr stavebních materiálů na podhledové konstrukce u střešních nástaveb a půdních vestaveb je třeba uskutečňovat s ohledem na riziko vzniku biodegradace, které je dáno vlastnostmi jednotlivých materiálů, druhem prostředí, počátkem užívání novostavby apod. U střešních nástaveb a půdních vestaveb se biodegradace podhledových konstrukcí objevuje poměrně často. Příčina vzniká buď již v rovině návrhu, nebo je způsobena nesprávnými technologickými postupy při provádění stavby. Na základě výše uvedených skutečností byl proveden výzkum podhledových konstrukcí, který probíhal na třech úrovních. Jednalo se o počítačovou simulaci jednotlivých konstrukčních systémů střešního pláště včetně alternativního zadání okrajových podmínek a o měření tepelně vlhkostních parametrů střešního pláště in situ na několika variantách střešního pláště s rozdílným materiálovým řešením podhledových konstrukcí. Choice of construction materials of the visual lookum and soil construction to considerate a risk of appearance a biodegradation is necessary, single material characteristics given, types of environment, start of using new building using, etc. The biodegradation is appeared quite often at the Lookum and soil construction, The reason can be appeared during of the suggest making or wrong used technology process during the building making.
