Popsány budou základní etapy projekce a implementace podnikové strategie se specifikací na konfrontační matici. Demonstrován bude postup tvorby Komplexních podnikových strategických plánů (KSP), specifikována budou významná strategická a operační rozhodnutí vedoucí k zefektivnění ekonomických podnikových procesů, charakterizovány základní rysy organizační efektivnosti a klasifikováno 5 základních charakteristik úspěšné realizace strategie s praktickými ukázkami z podnikové praxe.

Corporate strategy elementary phases of the projection and implementation under current commercial-economical conditions will be described in this article. A procedure of the creation of the Complex Corporate Strategic Plans (CCSP) will be demonstrated, significant strategic and operational decisions leading to making the economical corporate processes efficient will be specified, basic features of the organizational efficiency will be characterized, and 5 key characteristics of the successful strategy implementation will be classified together with practical demonstrations from corporate practice.
