The university textbook chronologically describes the production process, production system, production management, production preparation and service management, production planning and control. It aply and concisely present specific knowledge, methods, principles and practices of managing production process and systems. It provides a general overview of the strategic and application possibilities of production management methods that are used in the current production practice, as well as our own experience in the design, realising and managing production operations in practice. The authors provide basic information about production processes, where they document their own theoretical and experimental scientific research findings. In the chapter of seminar preparation, the authors present and formulate their own conclusions and recommendations for the processing and analysis of initial data and goals of planning production processes in practice. The textbook is intended for the general scientific public as well as for academic stuff and students of economics, management and technology faculties and universities.
