The main goal of the project is to create a methodology for adapting small and medium-sized enterprises in the services sector to the conditions of Company 4.0. Based on the results of analysis and evaluation of principles, procedures, methods and tools for the transformation of the service sector to technical, economic, social and environmental conditions of the Company 4.0 and further on the results of analysis and evaluation of changes in knowledge and skills qualification requirements for employee positions in connection with the arrival of Company 4.0, a methodology will be developed that will enable efficient and timely adaptation of SMEs in the service sector to changes in the business environment in order to ensure sustainable growth and new competitive advantages, including preventing and eliminating threats arising from misunderstanding .
