The paper outlines the primary research into the general knowledge about the corporate social responsibility or permanent sustainable development, in particular. Thereinafter, the author intentions are concentrated on applicability of the corporate social responsibility on the background of the public administration within the territory of the Czech Republic and the support of this theme within the EU. Secondary, the objective of this paper is to demonstrate and briefly define work hypothesis, specifics, and the character of all initiatives indicating common reasons enabling their effective measuring, evaluation and benefits of the primary research within the corporate social responsibility on the background of the public administration.

Tento text nastiňuje primární výzkum obecného povědomí o společenské odpovědnosti firem, či zejména trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Dále, se autorčiny záměry soustředí na uplatnitelnost společenské odpovědnosti ve veřejné správě v rámci územního celku České republiky a podpora tomuto tématu ze strany EU. Sekundárním cílem tohoto příspěvku je poukázat a stručně definovat pracovní hypotézy, specifika a charakter všech počátečních kroků, které indikují společné důvody, jež umožňují efektivní měření, zhodnocení a přínosy tohoto primárního výzkumu korporátní společenské odpovědnosti na pozadí veřejné správy.
