The impact of world economic crisis on economies of single states is enormous. All the governments save their supplies. Merchandise public production is the only possibility where the costs could be cut. Thus, the question is currently under pressure of economic crisis: Can we get the same amount of public merchandise for fewer resources? Hereby, we answer the question which is necessary to do so: 1. classify or select efficiency in connection with public authorities, 2. set method how to calculate the chosen concept of public authorities efficiency, 3. Find the way of using the public authoritys management in practice. Methodology, data and results are demonstrated by Public Health Authorities in the Czech Republic.
