The attention is mainly focused on mapping the localities of selected constructions before their commencement or the use of the existing information about these localities, monitoring the selected constructions during their construction and for the relevant period after they are completed. The paper will also describe creation and verification of a model of social acceptability of the construction and performance of economic assessment of the use of natural resources, potential demolition and land reclamation. The connected analyses will concern with the modification of technological procedures of construction to ensure the minimum impact on the surrounding environment. ER -
