This contribution aims to analyse the entire construction industry in the Czech Republic using a modern innovative method, artificial intelligence - Kohonen networks. Leaders of the industry are identified. It can be stated that a relatively small group of companies strongly influences the construction industry development and thus the development of the entire national economy.

Cílem tohoto příspěvku je analyzovat celé stavební odvětví v České republice pomocí moderní inovativní metody, umělé inteligence - Kohonenových sítí. Jsou identifikováni leadeři odvětví. Lze konstatovat, že relativně malá skupina společností silně ovlivňuje vývoj ve stavebnictví, a tím i vývoj celé národní ekonomiky.
