Abstract
Cílem projektu TAČR – TL02000136 „Adaptace sektoru znalostně náročných služeb na podmínky Společnosti 4.0“ je vytvořit metodiku adaptace malých a středních podniků v sektoru služeb na podmínky Společnosti 4.0. Tato publikace (studie) je výchozím podkladem pro vypracování takové metodiky. V první kapitole se studie zabývá současným stavem a trendy v sektoru služeb, z toho speciálně znalostně intenzivních. Druhá kapitola se zabývá klasifikací znalostně intenzivních služeb. Třetí kapitola se soustředí na širší rámec čtvrté průmyslové revoluce. Předmětem čtvrté kapitoly je podpora, kterou mohou poskytnout znalostně intenzivní služby ke zvýšení kvality života. V páté kapitole je uveden popis principů, postupů a metod použitelných pro adaptaci sektoru služeb. V závěrečné, šesté kapitole, jsou uvedeny vybrané případové studie, které by mohly být inspirací pro české malé a střední podniky (MSP) v sektoru znalostních služeb.
Abstract (in English)
Objective of the project TAČR – TL02000136 „Knowledge-intensive services sector adaptation to the conditions of Society 4.0“ is to develop methodics for SMEs in tertiary sector adaptation to conditions of Society 4.0. This publication represents the base for compilation of such methodics. The first chapter is focused on current state and trends in business sector, specifically knowledge intensive. The second chapter deals with classification of knowledge intensive services. The third chapter focuses on wider framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The objective of the fourth chapter is to identify and describe the support, that may knowledge intensive services provide to increasing the quality of life. The fifth chapter describes principles, procedures and methods applicable to the adaptation of the service sector. The final, sixth chapter, consists of selected case studies that may be used as the inspiration for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the sector of knowledge intensive services.
