Abstract
Using and replicating data from Ad Hoc Research, BCG, BDO, Capgemini, CIO, EY, and McKinsey, authors performed analyses and made estimates regarding the effects of Industry 4.0 on the workforce. The results of a study based on data collected from 5,200 respondents provide support for research model. Using the structural equation modeling and employing the probability sampling technique, authors gathered and analyzed data through a self-administrated questionnaire.

Pomocí a replikací dat z Ad Hoc Research, BCG, BDO, Capgemini, CIO, EY a McKinsey autoři provedli analýzy a odhady týkající se účinků průmyslu 4.0 na pracovní sílu. Výsledky studie založené na údajích shromážděných od 5 200 respondentů poskytují podporu výzkumnému modelu. Pomocí modelování strukturální rovnice a pomocí techniky vzorkování pravděpodobnosti autoři shromáždili a analyzovali data pomocí samoobslužného dotazníku.
