The purpose of this article is the analysis of stakeholder groups in services. The key element of stakeholder analysis is identification and prioritization of stakeholder groups that are influenced by the activities of organizations and can affect the purpose of organizations and the goals of organizations. In this paper author will focus on the service sector. Based on the author's research the most important stakeholder groups were identified and the stated hypothesis about independence of importance of stakeholder analysis and assigned priorities on the category of services and category of enterprises were accepted or rejected on the basis of the results of chi-square test.
