The entry stresses the importance of providing high-quality education for students at universities, which contributes to their successful employment on the labor market. A higher efficiency of the educational process can be rather achieved by providing quality and implementing modern teaching aids and methods. The students are then more motivated in their studies and try to achieve better results. Universities that provide such quality also contribute to the individual development of the students, to their character and key competences, and the overall cultivation of their personality. The students' ability to work with information is currently considered to be very crucial for their future work or private lives. All universities are responsible for the quality of the education they offer, which is why their educational staff should use according high-quality teaching and educational aids. The theoretical part of the entry describes the quality of education, teaching methods, and outlines the position of teachers as the deciding determinant of the educational process. The applied part of the entry focuses on presenting the results of the research aimed at determining the quality of the subjects Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Mathematics.
