N2  - The aim of this article is to analyze the construction industry using Kohonen networks and to estimate its development. Based on the analysis, significantly numerous and defined clusters of businesses are formed. The most important clusters are analyzed. Consequently, the result can be generalized and determine the estimate of the number of businesses that will succeed, stagnate or even fail in the next period.
