The monograph solves negatives of existing methods using a more sophisticated method based on artificial neural networks. The main aim of the monograph is to find a suitable neuron structure, which is able to predict the creditworthiness, or bankruptcy of the company, for the construction industry in the Czech Republic. The neural structure takes into account selected macroeconomic indicators. The monograph also focuses on the fulfillment of several other objectives and the evaluation of the three research questions. For this purpose, it is divided in its essence into two parts - theory and application.

Monografie řeší negativy stávajících metod pomocí sofistikovanější metody založené na umělých neuronových sítích. Hlavním cílem této monografie je najít vhodnou neuronovou strukturu, která dokáže předvídat bonitu či bankrot společnosti, a to pro stavební průmysl v České republice. Neuronová struktura zohledňuje vybrané makroekonomické ukazatele. Monografie se zaměřuje také na splnění několika dalších cílů a hodnocení tří výzkumných otázek. Pro tento účel je v podstatě rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretická a aplikační.
