The monograph is divided into two parts. The first section examines the role of higher education in ensuring the sustainable development of economic systems at various levels, with the emphasis on the need to harmonize the interests of the state, society, employers, and individuals. In the second section, the systematization of sources of changes in the modern system of higher education was carried out, highlighting the global trends and local Russian trends.

Monografie je rozdělena na dvě části. První část zkoumá úlohu vysokoškolského vzdělávání při zajišťování udržitelného rozvoje ekonomických systémů na různých úrovních s důrazem na nutnost hamonizovat zájmy státu, společnosti, zaměstnavatelů a jednotlivců. Ve druhé části se uskutečnila systematizace zdrojů změn v moderním systému vysokoškolského vzdělávání s důrazem na globální trendy a místní ruské trendy.
