Cílem tohoto příspěvku je určit zjištěnou cenu pozemku v k.ú. Dolní Miletín podle stavu ke dni právních účinků vkladu. Je tak zjištěna cena nemovité věci pro stanovení základu daně z nabytí nemovitých věcí. Stanoven je index trhu s nemovitými věcmi, index polohy, index omezujících vlivů pozemku. Uveden je také přehled použitých jednotkových cen stavebních pozemků a koeficienty obce. Závěrem je stanovena zjištěná cena posuzovaného pozemku.

The aim of this paper is to determine the price of the land in the cadastral area Dolni Miletín as of the date of the legal effects of the deposit. The determined price of the real estate is the price of the property used for determining the tax base from the acquisition of immovable property. Also, the Real Estate Market Index, Position Index and Land Impairment Index are set. The list of used unit prices of building plots and the coefficients of the municipality are also given. In conclusion, the price of the land is determined.
