Abstract
Heslo v odborné encyklopedii o společném minimálním programu německých politických stran v rakouské monarchii přijatý o svatodušních svátcích dne 19./21. května 1899. Vyhrocený nacionalismus německých stran oslaboval parlamentarismus, navíc české strany odmítly ustoupit ze svých požadavků, takže do vypuknutí první světové války se nebyly schopny německé a české strany dohodnout na kompromisu.
Abstract (in English)
An entry in an expert encyclopedia about the joint minimal program of German political parties in the Austrian monarchy accepted during the Whitsun on the 19th/21st of May 1899. The escalated nationalism of the German parties weakened parliamentarianism. Additionally, the Czech parties refused to give up their demands, which is why the German and Czech parties were not able to reach a compromise until the start of the war.
